I am going to tell you about the person who changed my life.  My Dance life (My Guru) His name is Mahesh Indika. He is one of the most famous dance teachers in Sri Lanka. He is Graduate of my own university. His first degree is complete in UVPA and His Master Degree done in University of Kaleniya.He is Complete his Bhathkande Kathak Nritya Vishard Exam in first class and now he is studying his Kathak Nipun Exam. I met him when I went to Mahesh Kathak Academy to learn Kathak dance in 2022. That was because he was our Kathak Dance Teacher. I had only seen ballet in cartoons. So I fell in love with it. My favorite cartoon was Barbie in the 12 Dancing Princesses. My name is Bathila Dulnada Dissanayake. I am 21 years old. My home is Mirigama. My school is Royal College Colombo 07 and my university is University of Visual and Performing Arts Colombo 07. I can dance all three traditional dance styles, Upcountry, Lowcountry, and Sabaragamuwa. I am studying Indian dance style of Kathak and Russian classical ballet. I am a student of the Russian Ballet and Dance School. Although I received my primary education in a remote village, I got the opportunity to join one of the most famous boys' schools in Sri Lanka for my higher education.
